Feeling the Autumnal season 🍁? Here’s a granola that suits the mood.
PECAN PIE GRANOLA ~ this is rich in pecans and seeds to boost omegas and magnesium and is jewelled with dried cranberries for a sweet and tangy flavour and is vegan friend for you plant based fans!
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 pack of @oceansprayinc cranberries
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
Preheat oven to 170* and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients except for the cranberries.
In a saucepan add wet ingredients warm until the coconut oil has melted. Then to dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
Spread onto parchment paper and press tightly into one flat layer. The oats should all be touching (no empty spots) but not too thick.
Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown on edges. Stirring halfway through.
Once baked remove and add your canberries. leave to cool and store in airtight container at room temperature.
