HONEY GARLIC BUTTER SALMON 🍯
This is ready in 30 mins and is delicious. Uses minimal ingredients and is easy on the washing up. A total win for a speedy midweek meal!
Also if salmon is not your thing the sauce is great with chicken, prawns and wings!
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp honey
4 large cloves garlic, minced
Juice of half a lemon juice, slice and halve the other half of the lemon.
1 side of salmon
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Preheat your oven to 190’
On a baking tray place a large piece of foil which can wrap round your salmon side. Place your salmon in skin side down.
In a sauce pan mix together your sauce ingredients except for the parsley and lemon slices. Place on a low heat until the butter has melted and the ingredients has combined.
Pour the sauce over the salmon, place your lemon spices along the salmon. Wrap up the salmon in foil ensuring no butter will spill out.
Bake in the oven for 15 mins. Take it out, open the foil and baste the salmon with the sauce and place under a high grill for 5-7 mins until the sauce caramelised and salmon browns a little. Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
