SLOW COOKER MARMALADE HONEY HAM

In a sandwich, with chips and a fried egg, mix it with pasta. Eat it however your prefer. It’s easy to make and you’ll have it over more than one meal.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of marmalade
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
1/2 cup of water
10 cloves
Joint of ham

METHOD:

Place all your ingredients into a saucepan minus the ham. Warm through and turn to a glaze. The sugar should dissolve and the cloves will become fragrant.

Place the ham in a slow cooker. Pour the glaze over and cook on low for 4-6 hours answering to baste every so often.

Slice and serve!
